The terms that govern dump trailer sales from Jon’s Dump Trailers.

0. Who you are buying from
This website is operated by Jon’s Dump Trailers, a trailer dealership located at 13901 Rosedale Highway, Bakersfield, CA, USA. We sell directly to the buyer; we are not a broker or marketplace. 1. Orders & pricing
All prices are quoted out-the-door in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Listed prices cover the trailer and standard prep; they exclude state taxes, registration fees and the flat shipping fee, all of which are itemised on your invoice before payment. A quote is confirmed when a deposit is received, and your order is accepted only when we send written confirmation. Jon’s Dump Trailers reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — where a unit has sold, or where a price or specification was published in error.
2. Deposits
Deposits hold a trailer until it enters prep and titling. Once prep has started the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits on units not yet prepped are refundable on request.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed in full before delivery or pickup. Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted online at checkout with no surcharge. Bank transfer/ACH and approved third-party financing are also available. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Payment pages and forms are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we never store full card numbers on our systems. Title is released once payment has cleared.
4. Delivery
We charge a fixed flat-rate shipping fee of $460 for delivery anywhere within the continental USA — one price regardless of distance from our Bakersfield yard. The flat rate covers freight, titling and road-ready prep. It does not include Hawaii, Alaska or international shipments, which are quoted separately, nor does it cover liftgate or special-equipment fees where the drop-off site cannot accommodate a standard step-deck/tilt delivery. Jon’s Dump Trailers is not liable for delays outside its control. The buyer must provide safe, legal access for drop-off and a vehicle rated for the trailer’s GVWR.
5. Condition & inspection
Trailers are sold as-is once they leave the yard. Buyers are encouraged to inspect before purchase. Jon’s Dump Trailers discloses known defects and confirms titling at the point of sale.
6. Warranty
New trailers carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Used trailers are sold as-is. Jon’s Dump Trailers provides parts and service support but makes no separate express warranty beyond the manufacturer’s.
7. Limitation of liability
Jon’s Dump Trailers‘s liability for any sale is limited to the purchase price of the trailer. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the trailer.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery or pickup, and you may cancel at no cost before a unit enters prep or dispatch. Return conditions, restocking fees, who pays return transport and refund timeframes are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Accuracy of listings, photos and availability
Trailers are single titled units. Listings show the make, model, configuration, stock number and price, and photographs are representative of that make, model and configuration — trim, decals and wheels can vary between production runs. Before any payment is taken we confirm in writing the exact unit and stock number being sold, together with its lead time of 7–14 business days from dispatch, and we never charge for a unit we cannot supply. Prices exclude California sales tax, DMV registration and title fees, which are itemised on your invoice. If a listing contains an error we correct it and honour a full refund on any affected order. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, tell us and we will fix or withdraw it.
10. Acceptable use and account security
Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt fraudulent purchases or interfere with its operation. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Kern County, California.
