When you submit a quote request, subscribe to our newsletter or call the yard, we collect the details you provide — name, phone, email and what you need to haul. We may also receive standard technical information (such as browser type) when you visit our site.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, quote trailers, schedule delivery, send stock and offer updates you opted into, and provide parts-and-service support after the sale. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to complete a sale (for example, with a financing partner you approve) or as required by law. We do not rent or sell your data to marketers.
4. Retention
We keep inquiry and sales records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
8. Payments
Card and bank payments are handled by regulated payment processors and financing partners. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 10. Children
Our site and products are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify customers by email.
